Day 2 and 3,

Pearl Harbor

Polynesian culture center

Day 2

Shave ice and Waimea beach on the north shore.

Mac jumped off this 35 ft rock twice.

Hawaii

On our way to Hawaii to see Nat and Aaron get married and to have a McAllister family vacation. It was a long flight but the kids did fantastic.

Sunday morning we woke up early (hawaii is 6 hours behind us) to this.

G is our little scavenger- look at all those hermit crabs.

Sunday evening stroll along the coast.

Random happenings

Playing with our neighbors chickens

These boys are crazy! An afternoon of wrestling.

This boy loves his Mr fox

Waiting for the bus, playing Annie's favorite game- spot it.
Walt moved out of my closet and into the boys room. Where the boys only store their things but sleep in the guestroom. They haven't slept in their room for over a year.

Walt's 9 month check up. 21 lbs 50% percentile and greater than 95% for head and length. Still not eating solids, still not sleeping through the night, still as happy as ever. Just started sitting up and has no desire to crawl or walk. We love our little Walt!!!

First day of school

2nd and 3rd

Last year was a doozy for gray. Lots of anxiety, tears and he really wasn't giving his all in school. It was a production every morning to get him to school. So I was preparing myself for a similar situation on his first day of school. He woke up happy, excited and has excelled this year. He made in the high math class and ptp (the gifted program) all this just shows me he's enjoying school again and thriving! Many prayers were answered!
Mac still loves school and is doing every bit as good as he did last year.  His teachers rave about how kind he is. So proud of this boy!

Home again

On the road again! We had such a lovely vacation in Utah! Loved every minute of it!

Wyoming- didn't remember it being so beautiful.
On the way home we stopped at the Indianapolis temple open house. Such a special experience being in the temple with our children. It was so beautiful!
